    screen shows up when in world of tanks game when looking at a item to buy instead of showing me the price screen i'm able to buy as long i hit next on that screen and everything is set to adult. this happen about 2 weeks ago with one of the updates .it hasnt
    been solve yet after trying different steps

    i have kinda same problem i get You'll still need your parent's permission screen but when i click next it will let me buy still but it dont ask me to change settings.

    I am trying to purchase Major Crimes Season 4 in HD through the Xbox One Store.

    A notice appears saying "You'll still need your parent's permission". You can buy this, but you'll need your parent's approval to run or play it.

    I click next and buy using Microsoft Credit on my console.

    I then get a pop up saying Ask an Adult to change your settings "To buy this, an adult needs to change your family settings at account.microsoft.com/family.

    I have never come across this problem before and all my settings are unrestricted. Is there an error?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    This will happen if th account is still recognized as a child. You'll need to have a parent see if they can remove you from the family.

    Also keep in mind, if your account isn't 18 yet (officially and not an attempt to change your birth date) you'll be unable to do anything that requires parental permission.

    Sorry to hear it. You'll need to have an invite from them to join. Also, your account must be linked to Xbox Live and have parental permissions to play multiplayer. Your parent account can set that up via

    the main account holders permission to change it if your not the main account holder . If you are the main account holder the link will help.

    Sorry to hear about that, however, please note that this may happen if you're still under a child/teen account or you are part of a family group.

    In this case, you need to ask your parent to approve the request or ask your parent to remove the permission first so you can purchase it on your end which is your account then your parent can turn on the permission again.
