My xbox does not work very well. Whenever i login, well i cant, but when i try, it brings a seemingly endless loading circle, then, it changes to a white one and tells me a notification that kinda looked like it was for pc mainly, said Youll need internet
to access this. I checked my connection. Perfect. I did the clear MAC address and still dosent work. Please help me.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Im having the same problem as gunner, so i tried factory reseting my xbox and it worked but now im trying to set it up and every time i get to the update part it say theres a problem, and i know its my wifi. Ive been on this for a couple days now and need
help.
