    **** you Microsoft, **** you "Xbox live enforcement team". I have been watching Netflix for over 2 months. I literally have not played a game online or offline in over 2 months. But yet, I woke up yesterday with an email and a notification on my Xbox saying
    I'm suspended. I have not commented on anything, I have not messaged anyone, I have not played a game online or offline in 2 months, so I just don't see how the **** it is even possible for you stupid braindead **** to suspend my account. For literally nothing.

    Everytime I try to do something to change this, there is literally nothing I can **** do. I can't contact Xbox live enforcement team cuz they're a bunch of cowards with no contact information, and I can't submit a case review. What in the actual **** Microsoft?
    I have been a loyal customer since December, 2012. Now, you can shove your **** Xbox live up your ass I'm done with you. Today I will be selling this piece of **** and buying a PlayStation 4. Sony has never tried to **** ban me for NOTHING. I highly recommend
    firing your braindead "enforcement team" and hiring someone that actually does their **** job and doesn't just ban random accounts for literally **** NOTHING

    While I share your frustration and agree completely with your sentiment, putting **** just makes you confrontational and belligerent and if some magically way an enforcement staff read your note, they would just dismiss it. I'm having a very similar problem.
    I submitted a case review and they came back with useless info and now I'm unable to do anything. No way to get in touch with them at all. VERY frustrating...

    I know EXACTLY wut u mean! The same thing happened to me last night. I was playing Destiny waiting for 12 so i could play Halo 5, then around 9:45, it cuts off for an update. It was stuck at around 85% on "preparing console" for about 2 hrs, so i decided
    i had no choice but to turn off my xbox. Now its stuck looping on the xbox green screen. None of the troubleshooting worked, so now i have to ship it out to get repaired. FML
