    They wont help you here you need to go to the facebook page to sham them there also.. I have lost so many friends because of this games freezing up, not letting you collect or send out gifts . The social page freezing up!!! Its cheating you out of tickets
    and winnings. Chat not working or it will just kick you out and shut down in the middle of a game or end. It can take up to 3 or 4 hours to collect gifts cause it will kick you out. I get on everyday to TRY to play or at lest TRY to send gifts and every day
    it will tell me server connection error, so first I log out and back in same problem. Restart my laptop, same message even though I can play other games, just not this one. After trying a while finally get on only to get kick back off. Sad part i'm not the
    only one with all these problems. However when you complain you will be told its your computer not their game. My laptop is new and is for gaming it can handle way more than this little Microsoft Bingo game, but what ever makes them sleep better at night,
    RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way they tell everyone its their computer and to restart it like that will solve all your problems. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST FIX THIS GAME !!!!!!! WITHOUT MESSING IT UP MORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
