    You took the points away from me for the winter wonder puzzles but won't let me download them


    You have already removed the necessary points but when I try to download it just keeps telling me to go to the first page and reselect the selection again. Please help.

    I bought 2 new collections but they never downloaded, do you do refunds?

    The same thing happened to me. I used my points to pay for them, and the program took my points away but didn't give me the puzzles.

    How can I get the Iceland puzzles that I bought?

    Every time I try to buy new puzzles they take away my money, but the puzzles write just to download and throw me out of the game and puzzles nowhere, but you took the money

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    Unfortunately we cannot help with billing or refund issues on the forums since we do not have the tools to see your account order history or any other information regarding the refund. You will need to contact Xbox customer support to see why the charge
    was refunded as it could have very well been refunded or canceled by your bank and not Microsoft.

    Contact Xbox Customer Support:

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select Xbox One
    3. Select See other options
    4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select Request a call from Support if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region
