    Microsoft I added a £20 pre paid code to my account a few weeks ago and brought something for £15.99. Maybe about a week later a brought something else which cost £3.99. And in a matter of a few days I realised that the account took money from the PayPal
    connected to the account rather than the account itself and appeared to show that my account has no balance. This needs investigating because the PayPal account isn't mine.

    That I may not be able to find. But if you go to
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us
    and click on the billing button. You will then find all kind of information pop up. The best option for you would probably be the "Unauthorized charges." Once you click that then at the bottom you will see an option to call
    Microsoft. I am sure the UK number would pop for you there.

    2. Did you receive any error codes while tying to redeem your code?

    The companion app is for consoles

    You need to buy it on the xbox app on your windows 10

    By using the Xbox console companion app you queued the Xbox game not the pc game

    And fable 2 isn't available per say on Windows 10 but there is one offical way to play it on Windows 10

    You need to update to the recent windows 10 anniversary update if it's available to you in your region

    It's varies region by region as ita a phased release since the Xbox 20th anniversary not long ago

    Once you have it you need to download the xbox play app which lets you play non windows supported xbox games like fable 2

    And yes it is ms offical xbox app to play 360 games
