I've had a problem also, I recently put on £20 of Xbox money onto my account via a prepaid code, whenever I tried to purchase DLC, XBOX MUSIC, or just a programme, it said it wasn't £4.52, yet nothing was actually purchased. over £15 stolen by Xbox.

That I may not be able to find. But if you go to
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us and click on the billing button. You will then find all kind of information pop up. The best option for you would probably be the "Unauthorized charges." Once you click that then at the bottom you will see an option to call
Microsoft. I am sure the UK number would pop for you there.
