    Classic Jigsaw Puzzle paid for with "gold bars" is not downloading.

    I paid 8500 "gold bars" for the Cute Animals Puzzles. Downloading is being shown on the picture, but the bar is not filling in to show the progress of the download. It's been like this for days. Please help!

    Hi - Not only did "Microsoft Jigsaw" make most of my previously bought Puzzles disappear, I decided to try again and purchased a puzzle with my earned "gold", and it took the gold, began to download the puzzle, but I never got it. IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE
    ACTUALLY PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT WE WRITE HERE?

    Jigsaw puzzles

    I want to thank all of you for your advice. I did as you suggested including contacting customer service. They took over for me and did just as each of you recommended. All my puzzles are back in my account, for which I'm grateful. However, all my
    progress was erased and I lost over 1 million points. The program is extremely slow and "sticky." Hopefully things will eventually work themselves out. Thanks, again.

    I agree with Wh1t35hadow, and although I didn't enjoy Max Payne 3 very much, I really did like the way the character controlled in that game. I hope Rockstar took some inspiration from that game's controls.

    My Jigsaw seems unable to connect to my XBox Account, so I don't have my collections and all. Uninstall and re-install only got me from 72, 000 Gold to 1500 Gold -.- Fix it, please, I want my collections back

    Microsoft Jigsaw issues

    The same thing happened with me with the London collection. I hit download, it took my coins and it started downloading and stopped 3/4 of the way. So now I'm out 5100 coins and no London jigsaw puzzle.
