    literally you guys are just completely I don't even know, You guys can make us pay a **** ton of kidney for one Xbox one then not even a year later oops it get the ducking green screen of death stuck on the loading screen your not able to sign into live
    you emotionally able to start games your not able to download games you just sit there and get pissed as hell trying to think of what could possibly be wrong but there isn't any explanation if you wanna be better. Find out why the Greene screen of death
    is on more than 30% of your guys users and **** find a way to fix it find out how we can fix it because it's honest to God bull **** ,you can be laying your game then go outside decide hey i wanna **** take a break then you come back up to your room and
    oh God your Xbox is acting funny then after three to four more hours later you reset it and keep all games and apps, didn't work still acting funny, you decide to reset the whole thing but op still acting funny still running slow , Couple more on and offs
    with the system op it's not loading Xbox home , So you turn it off and on again op it's not loading Xbox home x12 ,So you decide you throws chair and break it into pieces waking up the entire upstairs of your household , Find a way to fix it find a way and
    release the information soupy don't have people second guessing ever investing over 1,000 dollars know Microsoft this is my second account the time i've put into Xbox is just unbelievable But you guys piss me off so much !!!

    There is no way to find out any contact info. I bought a zune ie microsoft movie and it wouldnt download. it is still charged to my account but there is no way to track it. after 6 hours it show up as dowloaded and ready to watch. [Mod removed:

    in the meantime I used another serviec ( dish network) and watched it immediateley. I have been charged twice to watch it on x box and again now to finally see it for my family on cable. did I mention you suck!!!

    I will post this on every site I can think of to let everyone know what [Mod removed: profanity] your service is without any customer service or complaint feedback. I hope some gype lawyer gets wind of this and starts a class action suit.

    I guess doing a simple Google search was out of the question. Try to type Microsoft Zune Support and you should see the first link pop up as this here.
    It's also it's own link at the top right of Microsoft Zune's own website Zune.net - "Support". Contact them and simply request a refund, they offer refunds to people who have
    trouble with getting the videos started and of course if you were charged twice.

    Have you attempted to contact support for this? You say there is no contact info but it can easily be found.

    Xbox support support.xbox.com/contact-us or Zune chat support can be accessed from Zune.net

    Please contact either of them and explain the situation, they may be able to help.
