    Tired of getting this message: There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    That link is useless and your support people keep telling me that it's a Windows problem. PLEASE!! They are useless too.

    Can we get a response as to what the real issue is and an ETA for the resolution???

    I am first time user and trying to get x box live . got 30 days for free yet am getting NAT Error when trying to access on x box 360 I am not tech at all Please Help

    Microsoft rips people off on everything and it takes forever to get anything repaired. They wont repair cosmetic damage to the console or the Kinect. This is why Microsoft is a rip off. The warranty is not worth it and its a joke to customers to even have.
    There should be a longer warranty that comes with the console. Im talking about the Xbox one by the way. Microsoft should pay for the shipping of accessories from the pick up and not make the person pay for the shipping label. This is an outrage, charging
    for every little thing. Sometime after this year or next year I could switch to ps4. I will have less problems with them since Microsoft a multi billion dollar company cant keep its servers up and always having problems. You are a joke as a company, you will
    loose customers if you cant fix your issues with your company.

    I guess doing a simple Google search was out of the question. Try to type Microsoft Zune Support and you should see the first link pop up as this here.
    It's also it's own link at the top right of Microsoft Zune's own website Zune.net - "Support". Contact them and simply request a refund, they offer refunds to people who have
    trouble with getting the videos started and of course if you were charged twice.

    Have you attempted to contact support for this? You say there is no contact info but it can easily be found.

    Xbox support support.xbox.com/contact-us or Zune chat support can be accessed from Zune.net

    Please contact either of them and explain the situation, they may be able to help.

    Why would you buying something twice? Just wait or call for help. It is so simple a caveman can do it. And by the way you have not been charged twice, you just paid for the same thing twice.

    I'm about in the same boat but with my Xbox 1.

    My XBox 1 was working just fine yesterday, and the day before and the day before with no issues. Power up today - oh hey there's an update, either apply the update or stay off-line. go to apply the update and guess what there's an error getting the update.
    I know shocking.

    Follow the on-line support - downloaded the OSU1 (Off-Line System Update 1) and applied. Still wants to do a simple 796MB update which it can't get.

    Contact support - go through the steps - do a reset - guess what still wants the update of 796MB that it can't get.

    Download and apply OSU2 - Ok. no issue. go to apply and the system says nope not happening.

    Contact support again. This time do a full reset of the system as it's already been reset with files saved and stuck in a setup loop, what's it going to hurt.

    GUESS WHAT NOTHING CHANGED - guess what you have to send the unit in to get fixed or take to an MS Store. Well closest MS store is Salt Lake City, Utah. that's 3-4 hours out. So what about sending it. Guess what You need to pay us $115 dollars not counting
    tax to fix an issue that we created."

    Microsoft sucks!!!

    I fixed this by removing two factor authentication from my account. What a piece of cRPP security system, it doesn't tell you from the console this is the problem whatsoever. By the way, to do this, I had to use Chrome browser, because the Microsoft browser
    says "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."

    Microsoft, you'd better get your act together, or you're done as a company!

    So in order for future services to work, disable two factor authentication, because it DOESN"T WORK on the XBOX console, nice job!!
