    One year ago i purchase Gold account for xbox360 and i used my xbox only one maybe two month. And what i saw yesterday? Every month you take my money from my account because i purchased automatic subscription?

    HELL NO! I dont remember that. What right you take my money without my knowlege? What is *** wrong with you. AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION!? WHAT A ***!

    You should give back my money from 2014-08-19 - 2015-05-19.

    Now I'm scared for my account.

    When you subscribe with a credit/debit card in the terms of service it states that the subscription will auto-renew every month. You can cancel the auto renew at anytime in your account settings.

    This is true. I also wanted to add that as this is a billing issue you should take it up with phone support as only then can assist with billing issues.

    No ***! Now i find that but why i have to look for it, You should send me something like email or massage on my bank every month when you take my money.

    But if I had not checked my transaction History I would not know about it.

    It is a poor country, 7 euro is for me 2 ***.

    Actually they do send you an email everytime they renew 7 daysbbefore renewal

    You should keep your comtact info upto date

    Renewal isnt new psn and most gaming services have subscription services

    Unless you are buyimg prepaid subscription cards there is no non reoccuring services ampung mainstream gaming services with the
