    You Steal from Customers Each Time You are Hacked


    The last 3-4 months, XBOX has been brought down by DDOS WAY TOO MANY TIMES! How many times does this need to happen before you give a crap about your customers and do something about it?

    This is ridiculous, and it's the same as stealing. We don't pay for constant outages. We agree that there will be reasonable outages due to equipment failure, software failure, etc---- but CONSTANT outages due to an absolute neglect to protect your network
    appropriately is unacceptable.

    Do your jobs and fix this. Or at least issue some sort of credit to the customers you are allowing these hackers to steal from.

    Do you really think Microsoft will care about losing customers who steal DLC. I mean come on why would any company want people like that as customers.

    Can somebody hack your account using Promo Codes

    Even if they can, you are more likely to win the lotto then get hacked. anyone with the skill to legitimately hack accounts has bigger fish to fry then you.

    chances are someone has an extra code and gave it away, also, who would steal an armor code? most pointless thing ever to steal.

    95% of people hacked on xbox are idiots who give out their password or fall for phishing

    4% hacked by having easy passwords/ or brute force method'd

    1% ( at most) are actually hacked, and usually, it's not even that, it's just ddosing, which is pointless

    I appoligize . I meant mw2.....true other became a hackers paradise. But mw2 was where it became so obvious that ms and the devs would only finger point at each other that hackers openly bragged.

    But of course if you hacked ms points....then your stealing money from god and they would almost insta banish you.

    They did the same to me. Forced me a random name then try to steal 10$ from me in order to chose a name they dont deem offensive. I think its a dishonest and unfair microsoft practice. They know you ll want to change the stupid generated name forced on you.
    Its called stealing from customers. Shame on you bill.

    Im signing off gold and buying a playstation. Not for 10$but just by principle.

    Microsoft. You lost a customer to sony because you tried to steal 10$ from me.

    Hacked process

    Hacking most definitely happens in the real world. There are all kinds of cases of a web site getting hacked and hackers stealing members log in information, credit card numbers etc. from the company's servers.

    That may not have happened here, but it happens frequently--see PSN a while back, and various other companies having customers personal information compromised.
