    Change My Gamer Tag

    As the op has gold on thier account i doubt the new account is an option.As Klokkwork said,you will need to pay to change your gamertag.

    You really shouldn't have anything to worry about by having your name in your gamertag as long as you don't give out any other personal info over live.

    It doesn't.You get to chose your gamertag for free when you start your account.

    If you want to change it again then you do have to pay otherwise everyone would be changing their tag willy nilly.

    Every account takes up server space which costs money.

    At least you can change your tag on xbox live.Unless it's changed you can't do that on PSN.

    To be honest I disagree with you. The reason being is that players would just keep changing all the time, Eventually there would be a shortage of new gamer tags for players.

    Unfortunately you will not be able to change it back to your previous gamertag. You will need to change it to a new gamertag, unfortunately you will need to pay for the new gamertag.
