You need to sort it out MS. Seriously.

Let me explain my predicament. First off, I have had XBL for countless years and have invested well over £3 - 4000 worth in MS services in them times. I'm even an Azure customer. Regardless, when I first had my account I chose a gamerpic on a friends xbox
(Back when the memory cards were a thing) which is the one I have now. Little did I know it is the staff picture that he had put on his console with USB mods.

Now, funnily enough, every time I requested it be changed I got ignored. I don't use the forums much, but I did last month. Mister Quimby came along and posted on it, and then bam. 6 MINUTES LATER I WAS BANNED. I received a 24 hour ban for unauthorized modification
of account. Now don't get me wrong, yes I was in the wrong but I tried to correct it and was ignored so just gave up.

To top this all off the XBLPET even removed the two posts I made about this as it probably made them look bad. This is going up on other forums too to show MS true side in an environment where they cannot just delete what doesn't look good.

Even moreso, due to the ban, my credit card was then declined. This also for some reason turnt back on billing of EA Access and Xbox Music without my permission. After an EXTREMELY long conversation, the member of staff I spoke to said I should update my
card and just pay off £12~ of XBL Gold fees and they will write off the other £40. That seemed fair, until I was billed £64 manually by MS later that day. More than the initial amount owed.

And now, because of MY behaviour, I have been removed and cannot play the 360 games on my Xbox One which ironically get more attention than the less than exciting catalog of Xbox One games. Although I'm still allowed to preside over the community somehow
as an Ambassador.

Anyyways I'll probably get banned for this, or maybe even for swearing in 2008 or something stupid, who knows. Thanks for taking the time to read anyway guys

this is stupid, i thought i was the only one.. why can we not play even single player when xbox live is down? I understand sometimes SH*# happens but dammit man why are our games "locked" just because we are not online?? I don't get it, I thought I my external
HDD was crapping out or the box was overheating... this is really unacceptable from such a huge corporation. I really hope you guys start fixing a LOT of these issues or you will start losing even more customers.

 

Hi there because of the enforcement taken on your account you will be removed from the ambassador program in due time. Just a note the ambassador badge that shows up on your gamercard is gone, sorry to see you go.

 

Why on earth have you suggested that as an answer? I didn't ask a question this is just a rant to show how pathetic some of the middle aged men who sit on Xbox are with their power trip over a community.
