    Ive had this same message pop up for the last 2 weeks, and it pop ups for everything. I cant see my games & apps, i cant get xbox live because it wont let me in, i cant buy a movie, i cant download games i cant even go into the games section or movie
    section, or the store period. This same damn message keeps popping up. So far only things i can use is Netflix, and any disc, i can see my achievements and thats it.

    anybody else having or have had this problem?? Please help. Ive tried restarting my xbox, did the power cycle thing... I dont want to have to have to hard reset for fear of losing all my gameplay progress.

    Someone help me!

    Hey there, TTL Killer! I'm very sorry to see that you are getting this error as well. If doing a power cycle does not help for you, I suggest

    resetting your console to factory defaults    . This thread is a bit old. If you need further assistance after a factory reset, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed. This way our community can get

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
    • Once your console powers off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and check to see if you are able to see your games and apps.

    Please give the suggested steps a try and let us know how it goes.

    Sorry to hear about the issues with Xbox One Applications.

    Just so we can get this started on the right foot, can you tell me if DLC works on your end when you install them for other games? Can you try the steps below:

    1. Log out of Xbox Live.
    2. Clear your cache by powering down your Xbox One, wait
      two       minutes, then plug the power cable back into the back of the Xbox One.
    3. Log back in, then attempt to download the DLC for Farcry 4.
    Let me know the answer to the question above and update me on your status after you cleared your cache and powered down.

    Xbox One and the the things I hate

    the UI is cluttered, messy, unorganized, and difficult to find stuff at first. seriously whats up with never ending blocks in my games and apps at least separate them into sections and seriously you expect people to install every game without any way of
    showing how much collective memory is left you expect us to add up the sizes of the individual apps and games installed. serious joke but on the upside games are BLOODY awesome which what we really want

    I tried Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool to update my console then I got E203 00000803 80070005 error after the update. Finally I tried the tool to restore to factory default. This has fixed it. Though I need to reinstall my games.
