I'm remaking this since @XboxSupport is trying to make me replace my entire console from this issue. I've been on Twitter asking for help for weeks. After them failing to understand the issue, I finally got a video of it happening.

Now they've said factory resets might fix it. They don't. I've done multiple as has my friend...we BOTH still get this issue. I've tried explaining that I've had this happen before I joined into the Preview program. It happened the first night I was using my
Xbox One.

But Xbox Support is insisting that it's an isolated issue to myself (despite there being other posts, they just don't try and look for them) and are trying to make me get my console, which works perfectly fine, replaced. Xbox Support says this issue NEVER happens
on their consoles, which is odd considering it happens to us gamers.

So if you're having this issue, PLEASE post here about it so we can get the word out that it's not just my own console. Clearly, from the thread I linked, it's not isolated to myself...but when you have a stubborn team like @XboxSupport, you want some backup.

XboxSupport: You guys are great, but it feels like you're not exactly trying here...I've tried reaching out to Major Nelson but have heard nothing yet.

The issue persisted on both consoles before being enrolled into the Preview program...the problem still occurs during the Preview program.

I provided a link showing others have this problem. After that, they AGAIN said it was console specific...showing me they're too *** lazy to click and view a link proving it's not just me.

Hey there, TTL Killer! I'm very sorry to see that you are getting this error as well. If doing a power cycle does not help for you, I suggest

resetting your console to factory defaults. This thread is a bit old. If you need further assistance after a factory reset, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed. This way our community can get
you the individual support that works best on the forums.

 

Apologies if anyone feels I'm coming off strong/rude here. I'm just very frustrated about this after the "support" I got.

 

I routinely have this issue, I assumed it was something everyone dealt with.

 

Many users have it, but they refuse to acknowledge it and fix it. I just had it happen today. It's not an isolated bug to my console either. My roommate has it happen. It's getting old...

 

I also have this issue, have done factory resets with no resolve.
