    "you need to be older" Issue with custom gamerpic


    So, I've tried changing my gamerpic to a custom image and I get an error saying I need to be older. However I meet the age requirement, I've changed my age however that's still done nothing.

    For some reason I was trying to make a custom gamerpic but it keep saying for custom images you need to be older but my account is adult and I tried everything

    I have tried to change my gamerpic to a custom gamerpic. When I try to do so I get an error message saying, "Choose one of the featured images, for custom images, you need to be older". My account is set at adult and I put the birthday as 1984, yet it still

    When trying to change to custom gamerpic, "For custom images, you need to be older."

    You need to be 18 years or older to use custom gamerpics.

    As you've said you are both 17 then this feature wont be available to you.

    Usually it get verified within 24 hours custom gamerpics but if you aren't older then 18 years you can't get a custom gamerpic

    Your older then 18 years if you are you should be able to upload a custom gamerpic if you still can't upload a custom gamerpic try contact xbox support they will try to help you further on your issue
