Does the Xbox ultimate game pass count as that comes with gold but it’s still active so that could be the issue and I have looked at all the settings but there on allow

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold subscription, so it's ok.

If you installed Minecraft beta version, leave the beta and install the stable version:

1. On Xbox One, sign in with the account that registered for the Minecraft Beta and launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
   
2. Navigate to Insider content > Minecraft
   
3. Select Manage.
   
4. Use the radio button to select Unenroll (Leave this preview), then select Done.
   
5. Wait an additional 30-60 minutes after unenrollment completes (Pending no longer appears in the Xbox Insider Hub).
   
6. Uninstall Minecraft.
   
7. Power cycle the Xbox console by holding down the power button until the console turns off, wait 10 seconds, then turn the console back on.
   
8. Reinstall Minecraft from the Ready to Install section of Games & Apps.
