"You Need Permission." (Minecraft issue)

I've seen many other people have this issue. And I've never seen one of them have answer. Also, I'm using the Pocket Edition of Minecraft on an Version 9 (I think??) Amazon Fire.

So a lot of people know this problem, and hate it. Its when you try to add friends, enter/make realms, or join servers. A tab pops up, saying "You need permission."

It then says the following message.

"You cannot (do whatever you're trying to do) because of how your Mircosoft Account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on aka.ms/accountsettings."

I have went to this website MULTIPLE TIMES during the past 3 YEARS, and NOTHING. I can NOT change these settings no matter what I do. I really want to play with my friends, but I am unable to do to this problem.

If someone could fix this or tell me how to, that'd be very helpful.

You have registered an under 18+ account that requires the permission of a parental account for online gaming.

When you go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings, do you actually see a list of settings you can change, or do you get a page explaining how you can add your account to a parent account?

If you get the explanation page, your parents need to sign in with their own adult account at
https://account.microsoft.com/family and add your account to the family.

Then that parent needs to go to https://account.xbox.com/settings and set up your account to allow you to play online multiplayer and to see creations of other people.

Hi!

I think you need to allow storage permission for Minecraft PE:

System settings > Apps > Select Minecraft > Go into permissions and allow storage permissions.
