by the way this only appear on MY account not the adminstrator account. Maybe the command is wrong in my case (thinking about the all users part in the command)

ygl search is a virus

You can try to remove it from this site How to Remove Yglsearch.com Redirect Virus? (Solved) - EasySolveMalware.com

There are other sites if you search ygl search, don't download app that say they can remove it as you might infect more viruses on yourself.

What antivirus program are you using?

Please try this in your computer:

Right-click on the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the pop-up menu.

Copy and paste the following command in PowerShell and hit Enter to reinstall missing dependencies

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

After that restart your PC and give it a new try
