You Must Have an Active Network connection to play xbox online

i'm trying to figure out how to solve/ fix this problem. ive been having this issue since christmas day!!! i want to play my games online asap..Xbox or activision or whomever needs to fix this problem, it's very frustrating that i have to go through this
issue..if this isnt fixed soon, then next step is play station 4 which i do not want too but i will do so if this isnt fixed soon

Can connect to internet but not Xbox Live?

I can connect to the Internet on my Xbox one but when I try to play games online, it says "no network connection detected. You must have an active network connection to play games online." So frustrating because I want to play day zero of cod advanced warfare.
Please help

Sorry that you are experiencing this issues. Could you run the network tests on the Xbox One and fill this in as accurate as possible ?

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider):





To go to your network settings please follow the following steps:

1. Press the Home button (big button with the X)
2. Press the Menu button (directly right of the Home button)
3. Select Settings
4. Network
5. Detailed network statistics

Before you do that I would also like you to perform a Powercycle You can do this by holding down the power button on your console for approx. 10 seconds untill it turns off.
