    Hello,

    I am receiving the error “To continue, sign in on your console using this account”. Here is my situation. I have 2 Xbox One consoles and I just bought a new windows 10 pc last week.

    I attempted to stream from my first X1 unit, it worked fine, but I didn't have the controller wire so I couldn't actually play, but the game did boot up to the pause menu on the PC.

    When I tried connecting to my second X1, it gives me the error.

    The only fix I haven't tried is the delete account/cache folder solution. Is that still valid, it seems the streaming went from Beta to live somewhere in the middle of this discussion timeframe.

    Hi Blue, Can you tell us what version of the app your using? Are you also seeing this issue with Xbox App (Beta)? You can DL the app located here:
    www.microsoft.com/.../9NBLGGH1J27H or you can also just go to the Store app, search for “Xbox beta” and it will show up as a search result. Let us know the outcome. In the mean-time
    I will report this to the developers to investigate.

    Hi, I am unable to sign in from my computer on the Xbox One console. I have to disconnect my controller, walk downstairs and connect it to the xbox, sign in, come back upstairs and use the app. I've tried deleting the directory and downloading the beta app
    today. The beta app gives the same message. I get the message on all 3 of my windows 10 computers.

    Hi Positive, Sorry to hear your not able to connect. Can you please try the following steps to see if it may help with your issue? The info will reference Smartglass but the steps provided will work for the Xbox App.

    go.microsoft.com/fwlink

    If the steps do not help, please go ahead report this issue by using the "report a problem" in the beta app. This will provide helpful data for the developers to investigate.

    Getting the same issue here was working fine this morning and for the past few months, got an update couple days ago for xbox but i think this is a windows issue. tried rebooting both and reinstalling app on win10, signed in and out on pc and console still
    getting the error.
