you must be signed in into your account on the console

Windows 10 updated this morning and now I can't stream my xbox one. I keep getting the message you must be signed in into your account on the console. Anyone else? I called support and they said they knew about it and was working on it. Chat support
said that nothing is wrong and it should be working. I can connect to the console but when I hit stream I get that error message again.

Steps I've tried:

Sign out/in to the xbox app

Sign out/in to the xbox on

Hard reset xbox one

reboot PC

Delete xbox app, reinstall xbox app

:)

 

Halo 4 Pre-order and limited edition armor, loadouts, and Specs. disappearing

Thats becuase all ingame items like every other game you must be signed into the purchasing account not a guest

Not counting expansion stuff like mappacks

the game profilw must be yours and be signed in not as a guest

basically you must be signed in on your profile in halo to use your profiles stuff it is account specific ingames items arent sharable accross accounts

Are you signed into the account that originally purchased those games? In order to install these games on the Xbox One console, you must be signed into the account that owns the license. You can see which games you own by signing into Xbox.com and checking
My Games.

 

Yeah it doesn't help but I have the same issues and have tried the same steps.

I take it you're also in the Xbox Beta programme? If so did you get the 361mb update in the last few days?? If you did was streaming working before that??

 

Getting the same issue here was working fine this morning and for the past few months, got an update couple days ago for xbox but i think this is a windows issue. tried rebooting both and reinstalling app on win10, signed in and out on pc and console still
getting the error.

 

This step has worked for a few people:

- Open File Explorer

- Copy/paste this directory location: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker

- Delete the Accounts and Cache folder in there (if they exist)

- Try launching the Xbox app again.

 

Hi Guys I found this post because I to have run into the same issue! Streaming was working fine last night and now tonight I get the same message as above.....

I have Found a solution that works for me but unsure if everyone has access to it. I was using the "Xbox" app to connect which is now currently broken however you can try installing the "Xbox Beta" App

I was on Win10 Insider build 10586 and this issue was occurring in both the Xbox app and Xbox Beta app. VapourTrails fix worked for me.

differnt issue pc doesnt even see the xbox one. i have tried manually with ip of console and it refuses to acknowledge its there. i can see it on the network via my pc. tried reinstalling app and reset both console and pc but nothing changes.

Just started having this issue a few days ago after having the app work fine for months. :/ Happening on both the normal and beta app, and deleting those folders did nothing for me. Anyone else figured something out?
