    If you contact your bank they will be able to tell you this information.

    Due to security issues these questions are set up so people cannot access the account without proper authenticity.

    I understand this can be frustrating, but your Bank will be able to provide this information to you quite easily.

    Microsoft can block accounts for various reasons such as suspicious activity, sending unsolicited emails, or for violating the Microsoft Services Agreement by hosting photos, video or other content in violation of the Code of Conduct.

    In your case, the multiple attempts were seen as suspicious so the system automatically disabled it.

    You should fill this form to have Microsoft review the reason your account was disabled and determine whether it may be reinstated

    Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication? If so, please try resetting your password.     Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

    If you did not have 2FA active on the account, you will need to try the Account Recovery Form again: [https://account.live.com/acsr]

    Microsoft locks accounts to ensure your security and the integrity of their system as a whole. The system is automated both ways.

    Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.
