you have reached your limit in xbox store today,please try again tomorrow?

iv been trying to buy a game for around 10 days now,sometimes it says iv reached my limit in the xbox store today+other times it just keeps asking me for my billing info...i havent actualy bought any games so cant of reached my limit...

Redeemed pre-paid code, now cannot buy anything

I redeemed a pre-paid code and when I try to purchase something it says "Buy this tomorrow - You have reached the limit of how much you can spend in the Xbox Store today". I have never purchased anything before on the xbox one store. I am trying to give
MIcrosoft my money but they don't want it!

Try speaking directly with Phone Support about this:

Unlike us they can look at account information and are going to have an easier time diagnosing and fixing the problem.

 

Contact the xbox support. Or try and make sure your address information is the same like the one you used to purchase the xbox game. then it'll work once you add the right address in your account settings

 

I was having the same problem but I had no billing information added to my account, once i put all that in it started to download no problem. I actually fixed while on hold with support

 

I found out the problem yes!!! i was having the same problem but u just have to go to settings go to Payment and Billing then you have to fill out your billing address once that is done reset advance warfare go back on it and buy the dlc thats it boom it
works
