I get this message when i try to get boarderlands 2 with games with gold, it is the last day to get it but it keeps saying

"You have no valid payment options on file." I have a functioning creditcard added and i have been trying to get the game though my computer aswell. Readded the creditcard as well and cleared xbox cashe by holding down the powerbuttom. I am not the only
one having this problem so help solve this please.

MS Points have been discontinued in favour of currency. This currency is not yet available to be used on the website. However, you can certainly use the currency you have in your account from the Xbox Marketplace without needing to add an alternate payment
method so long as you have enough to cover the cost of the item you wish to purchase.

Hi there,

please check if the paymen option's country/region matches the country/region shown on this link in the country/region field:
https://live.xbox.com/Account/BillingAccountInformation

If that is different then it is the cause for the issue, the payment option must match the accounts region.

Be aware that it is possible to Migrate your account to a different country/region but that a Migration of the account will have several consequences, those are mentioned on the Migration link

I've just had a chat with XBox Customer Support (very efficient) who confirmed "The Xbox 360 marketplace has not been updated to use the account balance online."

I'll get the kids to purchase and download via the console then!

First off, go in and make sure that your card details haven't been deleted for some reason. After that, double check to make sure that all the info is correct and that the card hasn't expired. If all of these items are correct, then you will need to contact
Support and have them assist with your concern. Hope all goes well and you get to purchase the game, it's a great one!

Hi! I'm sorry that you have this issue. Unfortunately, you must have a payment method on file while getting or viewing a backwards compatibility xbox 360 game. Even if this game is FREE,but you will not be charged if you do so you can remove it afterwards
if you wish. Hope I could help!

I'm not so sure any of the Mods here will be able to give you the answers you seek. They are two different teams, if it is an issue they are aware of they are likely working a fix for it. I would suggest going to this site
