    Hello,

    I am in Australia and have recently purchased an x-box. I linked it to my account and set up a subscription, added my payment details, it's all working fine...

    ...Until I went to get a game from the store. When I do that, I hit "Buy game" but instead of letting me buy it insists "You have no valid payment options on file". OK, I can see my payment method right there
    on the account but fine, so I follow the button to add one and then for some reason it wants my USA address. I don't have one and never have, I'm in Australia. What the...

    I checked my account and noticed it had my country as USA so I changed it. But to the store it makes no difference, it still wants my USA billing address. If I try to fake one, it bombs out with an error and a bunch of error codes.

    Is my account busted? Not sure how to move on from here.

    Check your console region on settings, maybe you have change only the language

    Please review your regional settings on your Xbox - this is most likely the reason it's requesting an address from the US.

    Hi there.

    I'm from Argentina. I have the Xbox Live GOLD Suscription with the credit card saved.

    When I try to download the free game that cames with Games With Gold it pops the message: "You have no valid payment options on file.".

    With the message appears the option to add a credit card. But only a USA Credit Card.

    How can I do it with a Local Credit Card?

    It really works in any country as it says valid worldwide. and the address associated with the card, the address that asks me when putting my card as a form of payment is from the USA
