    • +Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and provide the following information.
      • +Download Speed
      • +Upload Speed
      • +Latency
      • +Packet Loss %
      • +Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used)

    Also, does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless?

    Thanks so much for the information, it looks like there is some packet loss that could be causing the issue. When your modem/router is having packet loss it can have trouble communicating on the internet. It's more noticed during console gaming and less
    when you're generally just browsing websites. This guide

    Modem Manufacturer: RCA Thomson and the model is DCW725

    Yes, it does not matter if we use wired or wireless, the same problem with both

    Hi,

    To resolve your concern, you can follow the steps on the suggested methods below: 

    Method 1. Power cycle your Xbox One console.

    You can reset, perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

    Here are the steps: 

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. 

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.  



    Method 2. Clear the storage cache on the console.

    Here are the steps: 

    1. Press the menu key on the controller.  

    2. Go to Settings, and then select Disc & Blu-Ray.  

    3. In the Blu-Ray section select Persistent Storage.  

    4. Select Clear persistent storage.

    Method 3. Clear Mac address. 

    1. Here are the steps: 

    2. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.  

    3. Select Settings.  

    4. Select All Settings.  

    5. Select Network.  

    6. Select Network settings.  

    7. Select Advance settings.  

    8. Select Alternate MAC address.  

    9. Select Clear.



    Method 4. Run the Network Connection Test on your console.

    1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select All Settings.

    4. Select Network.

    5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

    6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select Test network connection.

    If your console is connected to Xbox Live, insert the game disc and launch the game again.
