    As explained in your previous threads, you'll need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces to contact Ambassador staff. Ambassador issues are not handled via the forum.

    There is not much that can be done, there has to be a reason you were removed from the program. You might be able to get a bit more info on why by contacting one of the official support people.

    If you've had enforcement action then you would of been removed from the ambassador program which is why you can't access the ambassador page.

    You can not be an xbox ambassador if you have had any enforcement action on your account.

    I was removed from the Ambassador program in September 2018 for a rude message I sent to another player.

    Sorry but once you are removed from the program, that's it.

    The one year of no enforcement action only applies to new ambassadors looking to join, not ambassadors who have been removed.

    Xbox ambassador problem

    You don't have the ambassador badge You were initially denied from entry into the program

    You were removed from the program due to one of the following reasons:

    Violating the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use or Code of Conduct

    Violating the Xbox Ambassador Community Guidelines

    Inactivity of greater than 60 days

    If you have any further questions, please be sure to visit our Ambassadors FAQ page. You may of Been denied or removed I would suggest Tweeting it for ambassadors on twitter.
