    You have been disconnected from the server., You have lost connection to host. Over and over again! Is this what we are to expect from Xbox Live Gold? I have a 150 mbps down and a 50 mbps up high speed FibreOp hard wired internet connection. Between last
    night and so far today I've received these notices 7-8 times over a period of 4 hrs of online COD Ghosts gaming. Before I sold COD BO3 I never received those notices and only twice I can remember having any lag.in the 2 months I had this game. Am I missing
    something? Do they provide us with faulty servers to drive us onto their newer products? Does anyone that also has a PS4 experience the same disconnects and lag?

    I know I'll get a few kiddies saying I shouldn't complain and if I don't like the service I'm getting then I should go elsewhere. United action and complaints are the only way to get the attention of this uncaring mega corp. thats only concern is more money
    more money more money ( note the multitude of new micro transactions available) and to ignore the few ingrates that believe we should get what they promised ( dedicated servers ) and what we paid for.

    it is not gold that is doing this, cod is peer to peer, no dedicated servers as activision still aint using them so nothing microsoft can do here, you can have the ultimate speeds on earth but still get disconnections if peer to peer servers are having issues,
    also depends who is selected as the host.

    It really doesn't matter if Gold isn't responsible for this or not, but they (MicroSoft Corp) .are the ones that get my money. Go and buy something at WalMart, they don't make anything but because they sell it they take responsibility for its function. Weather
    you buy a chair,underwear or a gaming console they will replace it if it is damaged or poorly constructed (they take responsibility for it) Why does Live Gold get exempted from that responsibility? They take our cash and that's it? It doesn't matter if Activision

    because at wallmart your buying a product. With xbox gold your buying a service. The reason wallmart takes it back is because its a actual physical thing they send back and the company sends another physical thing back. Microsoft cant send a faulty broken
    service back and get a new service sent to them that works. You wouldn't blame the store that sold you your tv because your cable is out would you. The wouldn't blame the store that sold you your heater if your electric went out making it not heat your house.
    The logic some of you use to form a reason is pretty comical.

    It's amazing how quickly the MS apologists & subordinates show up when criticizing their company. Whether I'm buying a service or a product if it's faulty the appropriate supplier is who gets the call. Saying it's a service and not a product is semantics.
    I buy a service from MS Live Gold I pay them the money for the service if the service sucks they are responsible to make sure it is working properly. You children have to grow up and stop making excuses for this once responsible company. With apologists or
    subordinates making excuses for them they can continue getting with providing poor service and poor quality products.

    I take that back. I guess someone would blame the place they bought a heater from for it not heating because the electric went out. I will try again. Assuming your internet is working normal............ Your having problem with this games server that controls
    that game. Xbox live is the bridge to that server. The bridge is working and getting you to that server. After you crossed the bridge, you find the server isn't working. Microsoft doesn't have anything to do with that server. They cant
    fix it. They cant break it. They cant spend money on it to fix it. They cant not spend money on it causing it to break. Someone else owns the server. The server is owned by someone else. I honestly cant think of a more simple way to explain
    this to you.

    Wow some MS subordinates go all out to deflect responsibility. Putting this in into language you'll understand then ( I'll go bold so you can read the printed words and not your MS manual)

    I PAY A TOLL TO CROSS A BRIDGE AND THEY DUMP ME IN THE RIVER AT THE OTHER END AND YOU WANT TO BLAME THE RIVER. The toll operator should make sure the bridge goes all the way over the river before they take my money otherwise they're negligent with their
    obligation to provide me with a safe passage. Same thing goes for MS LIVE GOLD they take my money and give a rats *** if I get to a working server or not. They have my money after all why care now. Back to your manual little one!

    Your bridge analogy is flawed 1952.

    You bought a car from Activision and you want to drive that car across Xbox Gold'en Gates bridge. You paid the toll to use the bridge [your sub fee], and the bridge is great, sturdy, this thing barely sways in gale force winds ... but your crappy Activision
    car broke down on the way over. You don't blame the bridge and its toll for that, you blame the car...

    ... go tell Activision you want dedicated servers in future or you won't buy any more cars from them. lol Or play a shooter using dedicated servers.

  12. Yeah it's for sure Activision to blame for the problems you encounter in COD. I myself have dealt with the same exact things and every time it occurs, XBL is perfectly fine. Yeah XBL has some problems, but the majority of the time it isn't at fault like
    Activision and their servers.

    Yeah it really is all on Activision. They are choosing to give a garbage service( or haven't figured out how to improve it over the last decade) Microsoft actually allows anybody to use there azure cloud servers for free.For example Titanfall, that game
    runs smooth all the time and very rarely has any lag. Activision simply doesn't care that much.

    XBOX Live Gold has the responsibility to assure its subscribers are getting what we pay them for. Exempting them from this wrong, it allows them to collect our money and ignore our complaints without assuming this responsibility. Do we pay Activision or

    promised us that with the new XBOX ONE console that online gaming would be done through dedicated servers. Why do the XBOX apologist here like to exempt XBOX sometimes Live Gold from all responsibilities related to the server issue? Could we be getting duped
    by their paid subordinates furiously deflecting responsibility here by pretending to be clients? Do you trust Xbox? Do you remember they wanted to spy on us, demand that we were always online and not allow us to use traded games on their console?

    Gee why would I question XBOX about their crappy servers? Maybe its because they brag about them and spread lies about their quality. This is a copy paste off THEIR web site extolling the high quality (or BS) of THEIR servers :
