You guys scammed me, Customer service has be lousy

Last week i turned off AUTO RENEWAL on my subscription. Just a few hours ago i received a paypal receipt stating i sent you guys 9.99 for my 1 month renewal.

I turn off auto renewal so why am i being charged?

Your chat customer service lady was no help. I then phone called you guys and you hung up on me before i got a chance to finish my sentence. I want a refund and my damn subscription turned off!

Have not received code for Ryse: legendary Edition

I've just spent 30 minutes trying to reach someone at Microsoft. The Customer Services experience was lousy. All they could do was to direct me to this forum. I could have bought Ryse on PC through Steam for £5 and saved myself the soul-destroying experience
of trying to sort this through customer services. IS ANYONE LISTENING???

 

All billing issues must be done via phone support,there's nothing anyone on the forums can do as no one here has access to your account/billing info.

you know this boad is used by Gamers mostly i hope,

and today you wont get any official here ( Support Agent Hours: M-F 9AM-5PM PT ).

so its not we let you without help, in fact it is we simply can not help you because we dont have the Tools to do so. get on the phone and give them a call

 

Sorry to hear about your issue, I understand your frustration but as Daft Badger mentioned all billing issue's need to be handled by phone support.
