you guys said my suspension was over by 10:33 am today

Troubleshooter steps seem to have resolved the issue. Game save on the series x was today at 10:33. I shut off that console and powered up the Xbox one and, low and behold, the game save on that console was today at 10:33. Thank you VERY much!!!

You are not provided with the detail of what was said and when. So whatever he said was reported to the Xbox Enforcement Team and when they got around to reviewing the incident, they imposed the suspension after their review.

He may have said something a couple of hours or a couple of days before the actual suspension had occurred.

Support holds no power over bans/suspensions. The XBLPET handles those matters. If you were banned for 2 weeks on 01/05/2013 at 10:45 pm for example, it seems only natural to me that you won't be unbanned until 10:45 pm today.

Sorry, I did get my refund but they said they cant let me have the 33% off because its something xbox live have to do on these forums. The guy at customer services was very confusing and would not give me a straight answer

all im looking for is the deal that I was meant to have which was the 33% off xbox live for 12 month
