    I have been trying to get the ebony flintlock skin for my gamertag, THIS GAMERTAG. for like two weeks.

    I post in your forums and talked to people both online and on the phone. you tell me its a mixpot issue and to talk to them. mixpot tells me its on you guys and to post in this forum. WHAT do i have to do?

    1. i registerred my mixer account to my gmail adress. i had a gamertag linked with this from over a decade ago that i forgot about. (tbellcrew)

    2. i linked my hotmail account for z Majick (my in use gamertag, the one i pre-ordered this game on.) to my mixer. so i had two email addresses on mixer, one registerred (acct i dont use) and my LINKED ACCOUNT EMAIL

    3. i watched the stream. thats why i have a notification saying i earned the pistol.

    4. you sent the pistol to my gmail accounts tag (tbellcrew), not my LINKED ACCOUNT FOR z Majick

    5. i just want the pistol skin on my z majick gamertag that i preordered sea of thieves from where it matches my preorder set.

    6. please, for the love of god send me a actual response. not this scripted crap over and over. let me talk to a person instead of this horrible forum like reply system that takes hours to get a response that neither helps or resolves anything, PLEASE.

    Unfortunately, we have determined that the account you posted with did not have the proper Mixer credentials at the time of the stream.



    Since the content is delivered from the publisher directly to your account that is linked we have no way of changing which account acquires it once it is sent.

    To be sure this does not happen in the future be sure to follow the

    linking steps
    for your secondary account.

    Keep in mind you would not be able to link multiple accounts to one Mixer account so you may need to reach out to
    Mixer support to swap those.

    Alternatively you could create a secondary account for your secondary Gamertag.



    There will be plenty of other streams in the future and we do hope you are able to take advantage of future MixPots!

    Furthermore. even my aforementioned account TbellCrew STILL DOESNT have this thing even though it shows as redeemed even on the orders page. WHAT IS GOING ON!? why are there so many issues with people redeeming this thing? almost three weeks later? this is
    absolutely ridiculous. Microsoft owns xbox live and mixer. so which team is dropping the ball here? you both are playing the "its not my fault its their issue" card while people have to sit here and go back and forth between your teams in an unending loop
    of no help. You say "we hope you'll take advantage of future mix pots" ?

    why would i even want to bother when i have recieved nothing but terrible support for over a week trying to resolve one issue? I had two accounts on the same mixer. TWO!!!!!! and i couldnt even get this skin for one of them! I hate getting rude. I've worked
    in customer service before and i understand what you guys have to go through but theres a limit to how much one individual can take. this is worse than trying to contact comcast for assistance.

  6. We understand the frustration, but as stated there is no way to move content from account to account and you can not have two accounts linked to a Mixer account.

    If your account that did redeem the content is not seeing it inside the game be sure to check out

    Rare's news status
    as they do have content in-game turned off for some items while they work on some issues.

    Keep an eye on their sites for more info and updates on the content's status.
