You Guys aren't listening!!

Hello Xbox Enforcement Team -

I WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE AN ENFORCEMENT TICKET BECAUSE THE HACKER HAD ALREADY MADE ONE AND IT GOT DENIED!!!!!!!

My Xbox Live account 'BEST' was hacked and banned while the account was compromised. I was not able - when I got my account back after a few months - to make an Enforcement ticket because whoever the hacker was made a ticket already and you Upheld his request.
This is what he/She stated in the ticket:

Enforcement Name: Account Theft Phishing Solicitation Case Review Date: 5/24/2016 9:50:11 PM (UTC)

I had messaged a microsoft employee saying "I like your gamertag, could I have it?" And he replied saying he works for microsoft and i just made a "silly" decision. Next thing I know I'm banned permanently for "attempting to
get someone's private info" when all I did was ask a question not knowing it was against the terms of use to trade/ask for a gamertag. All I ask is for my permanent ban to be changed to a 2 week ban now that I'm well aware of the terms of service.

Before my account was compromised I had been an Xbox Live gold member for well over 2 years and never broke Code of Conduct. I have tried getting in contact many times with you (enforcement team) and have so far gotten no help for you guys because you don't
listen to what I have to say. I have talked in support chats for hours and hours and the Microsoft support member can't help me because it's your decision. All I ask is to have my account back because I've always been an Xbox player and have always followed
the rules. If you see when I changed my gamertag a few days later my account was hacked and I had received and email saying a different IP had signed into my account. Just look at the IPs and you can see that the hackers IP was the one that got my account
banned.

Please can I have a second chance or something I will literally do anything even though I was not the reason my account got banned. Please understand that My account was hacked! I did not make those decisions to get banned the hacker on my account made those
decisions! Please help anything, Thank you.

LOCKED - Issues with gamerscore

You aren't listening my achievements on the xbox stay unlocked they just don't give me gamer score

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans, and they do not use the forums. There is no one on the forums who can unban your account. Even if you had filed an unauthorized access investigation and your account was found to be out of your control
at the time, the enforcement team does not always unban accounts.
