You guys are right, graphics don't matter.

That's why I'm sticking with the 360. Looking forward to playing a bunch of games in the upcoming months. All the games you're looking forward to are all coming on the 360. (well, except for Quantum Break and Halo 5 which will be out in 2015 if we are lucky,
but by then I'll have a cheaper, more powerful, and Kinectless X1)

So, since it's true that graphics don't matter, I'll be enjoying the same games you are on a console I bought 5 YEARS AGO.

Thanks for your advice, and to think I almost spent an additional $500 on something nobody really needs right now.

Got to say that the 360 version looks great. Sure it isn't Xbox One standards but graphics and frame rate don't matter right guys, only game play.

If graphics aren't important then why don't we just play games on our original 2001 XBOX's and on a standard definition TV? Bottom line is, graphics do matter, but only if you can visibly see them. Graphic numbers are thrown around these games, but if you
have to capture frame by frame to even see them then no graphics don't matter.

 

Congrats. The Xbox 360 is a fine console. But I suspect foul play afoot by the way you worded this so cynically.

 

You are right its not all about the graphics. It's also about the multitasking, being able to play games while you download in the background, quick switching games and apps etc. The list goes on and on. If by waiting you think you will get a more powerful
XboxOne then what is out now you are sadly mistaken. No way will they release a XboxOne with upgraded hardware. Have fun on your 360.

I'm not saying it's more powerful, I know it's not but according to this forum, power doesn't matter. It's all about the gameplay and the gameplay will be the same on the X1 and 360.

You said it would be a more powerful Xbox One. And in any case, with the changes coming to the Gamepad (Why?) and the big Pre-Titanfall Live update, I suspect it won't be the same on Xbox 360, and not just because they had to delay it.

 

@OP, I see the point you're trying to make, but you Didn't do a very good of it, there is more to the new consoles than graphics.

 

You guys are talking about games that are not coming out anytime soon. By then, I will buy an X1 cheaper and better than the one you have now. Thanks for beta testing it BTW.

 

Get over yourself. You'll have the same hardware we do now.

 

But by then the UI, chat, messaging, friends, party, invites, notifications will all be perfected at a better price and no gawdawful VCR boxy design.

Yeah, the 360 will hold me out until then. There is no reason to buy the X1 now.
