Hi, I apologize for being a little rough here, but I spent about a year asking for your help in solving my problem with payments.

I have a fully functional PayPal accont that I use daily for any purchase. You refuse to connect to PayPal displaying some error descriptions, and I sent the whole text to you multiple times. More, I checked twice with PayPal support operators mentioning
the errors, receiving their confirmation that everything is working right in my PayPal service!

I just bought and activated a voucher Gold subscription and I need to download the current free game (Lego SW II - few days left).

I hope this time Microsoft will answer and fix the Xbox service malfunction concerning PayPal transactions from my account. I don't want to waste my money or switch off what's becoming a useless Xbox because of an indifferent customer support.

Remove the payment method for the time being and “purchase” the free game. Not a fix, just a workaround.

in the last few weeks, there was a known issue with the two current Games With Gold downloading. Try to purchase the game through the xbox store on the website as that has been a workaround for some people

Hey Diego.

Are you trying to perform the purchase from the Xbox console? have you tried using a web browser? this means login to the xbox store and bought it from there. I say "buy" because the cost would be $0 if it's a game with gold title.
