You don't want my money?

One of the worst internet experiences ever. Trying to buy my sons a new Xboxlive subscription for 3 months so they can play Overwatch. My creditcard expired last year. If i click the edit option for my old cc I get the screen add new options. When I enter
the new card I am told you already have a card by this number. Tried everything, nothing works at your site to change it. Not one to give up easlily I bought a gift card. Not accepeted through the Xbox not available as an option on your site. I tried everything
on 5 different devices, I must have spent a couple of hours trying to solve this (telling my boys it will be alright), I was send a code multiple times by MS but nothing gives. I keep being directed in circles. No I have EUR 25 on my account and am not able
to buy something with it. At every normal internet store you can edit your credit card details in one click. Not at the guys who invented it. The word "extreme user unfriendly" comes to mind. Hello Microsoft I'm trying to pay you some money but apparantly
you don't want it. What a poor service!!

Eventually started getting mauled after about day 19 so grabbed everyone I had and legged it as far as I could, stupidly got rid of the campfire folks that were right outside my base, I didn't mean to do it
Spoiler: Don't read if you don't want to know how to lose the campfires and accidentally put a coin in a tree to be chopped rather than at the feet of a peasant, was well annoyed as my other campfires were a fair old trek away. which was a bit of a pain for building up my base, had been doing really well but lost a knight and catapult very quickly so just ran to the boat and set sail. In second world now and found some new things there, although my Mrs wanted the tv and I couldn't get streaming to laptop to work so who knows what state the game was left in. Was hoping I'd paused but who knows!

 

guess you don't want me to play anymore! and it seems that you don't want anyone playing anymore!

Fine hope you lose everything like I have with your none functioning game, you need bill gates back, this as been going on for weeks and you have done nothing.

I don't know why any company would pay for advertisement's on this game that doesn't even work.

Get Bill Gates back this would never happen under his control.
