I bought the gta5 criminal enterprise edition years ago off the Microsoft store,until then i was originally playing it on the disc version,i lost the disc awhile back but still have the digital version,however whenever i try to launch the game it tells me i do not own the game and must insert the disc in order to play,also the criminal enterprise edition is now longer available on the Microsoft store.

If the purchase doesn't appear here means that wasn't on this account, also if you got the Xbox 360 edition, it's not compatible with the Xbox one as each console has its own edition

Thanks for the response….

I have checked the order history on the interred which says completed and the order history on the Xbox (which shows the game) it then takes me to the store to re purchase the game.

I have already removed my account and added it back I then did a full system reset and have added the account back that way and still no change. This is very frustrating as I bought the game less than 3 hours ago.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

We need to make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below and make sure that it is showing as "completed":

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account please remove and re-add your account.

" REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

I will not buy either console at launch....They are both going to be train wrecks. I did it with the 360 and got stuck with RRoD every 6months that they wouldn't replace with the updated 360s, I expect worse issues w/ xbox1.....but I will get one eventually
