You don’t own the rights to play this game

So I recently purchased LA Noire and started playing it as soon as the game was unlocked at midnight, however, an hour later I was kicked out of playing the game by the abrupt message of “You don’t own the rights to play this game”, despite the fact that
I purchased the game on pre-order 2 days before, I have tried hard resetting my Xbox and I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game several times. I haven’t been able to get the game working and it is the next day, so I’ve essentially spent the
whole night trying to get the game working. If anyone has a fix for this issue I would be greatly appreciative.

I don’t have any issues with this game, maybe it’s because I don’t own it… ;-)

 

Have to have disk to play?

I thought the game gets installed and you won't need the disk afterwards? Here is the error..

If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you’re signed in to Xbox Live. If you don’t have rights for playing it, you’ll need to buy it at the Xbox Games Store.
