    Hi there,

    I purchased Minecraft Windows 10 edition for my son, but I can't get it to install on my PC. Everytime I try, I get this error message

    Pick where you want to install

    It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

    I have all my updates on Windows 10, I have tried multiple troubleshooting pages, to on conclusion.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    You need to log the account that purchased the game into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows. Open the Microsoft Store app and in the upper right corner log in with the account that purchased the game, then look for the game in the store and install.

    It sounds like you may have purchased Mincraft which is for the console and not Minecraft for Windows 10 which is for the PC. So it's looking for a console to install it on. You would need to

    submit a refund request     and purchase the correct version of the game.
