You done ^%#*ed it up...I'm Done.

Well Microsoft I, Speaking on behalf of many other people, Am quite simply done with your console, customer support, games, and company in general. I'm personally so upset if i could go to a different operating system for my computer I would. The Major Issues,
WHICH YOU ARE AWARE OF BUT DO NOTHING ABOUT< are as follows. 1. quite frankly your console and perifrials are very poorly made. All you have to do is search controller drift on you tube or google. Go ahead,,,count the posts. 2. you basicly put a virus on our
systems that dosnt work, I.E. Microsoft edge. No option for download or uninstall, and It just plain dosnt work, You have, amazingly, released something that is straight up broken, 3. Your company more then all the rest caters to the dollar is the bottom line
mentality and it is so visable it might as well be printed on your products, In fact I have a name for your next console, " The 400 dollar inferior pretend machine" Stuff like this is exactly why games like Battlefront turned out the way they did, You cater
to the higher ups and dollar faced **** instead of making a product which people care about and support. You have simply Failed, Scammed, and Abandoned your customer base. Result, I have bought over 300 dollars worth of games, I was in line for Battlefield
2 and ESO as my main games on console and that was going to be on x box one, However after all this I and several other people.I know, Including all those i can convince, Am leaving for the playstation network and console. I'd ask for my money back, part of
me wants to simply demand it and take no $%it about it but I know from experience that that is a pipe dream. For those of you that agree with this post Please bump this thread. I am holding you responsable for this Microsoft, Whats worse is that I know you
are aware of all this and simply care to focus on making the next buck instead, You are a symptom of the greed based system that has allowed #$%tty companys like yours to thrive. No More. Gamers unite and stand up to this crap. No Pre Orders, No buy without
review, Stop supporting these crap companies. And you Microsoft. Fix your #$it now. Your company will die if this continues. Thanks much, Jeff D.

Why can't you? If you haven't tried it before, check out Linux Mint. Very user friendly and still as stable as regular Linux.

Another day, another wall of text, another atrocious case of garbled grammar and groundless grievances. Am not gonna painstakingly requote your 'points' because for some reason reply with quote isn't available for the first post, however I will briefly state
that controller drift is a known thing FOR ALL CONTROLLERS - irrespective of platform or console generation. As other forum members have already noted, it's a wear and tear issue related to how often you're using (or abusing) the PERIPHERAL (spelling corrected)
in question.

As for your contention that Microsoft Edge is "broken", that's a fallacy because every day (or the next) I'm here faithfully posting from my Xbox One S, and it works perfectly fine. If you're having an issue with your apps, perhaps it's your internet at
fault, or your beleaguered console, or your fragile constitution. Anger is never a solution to life's problems. #GetAGrip

 

What virus? There is no virus on the xbox one,it can't get virus's.

Battlefront wasn't made by Microsoft so not sure what you are babbling on about there.

Didn't bother reading the rest of that wall of text after that.

 

I can relate to Edge not delivering as I use it everyday via the X1. Often edge won't even load these forums.. But will load PS Forums everytime. Go figure!

As for controller drift, I have never experenced any on either of my 3 PS consoles, but on MS consoles, including origional xbox, 360 and X1, I have... Up until I learned how to avoid getting drift. = Clean it everyday, wash you hands. Dead skin cells eating
or drinking while gaming can find their way past the shell and buildup on the inside just enough so that the next time you click the thumbpad to sprint etc. It acts like a fulcrum and bends the pot spring throwing the whole assembly out of adjestment.

As for the company, IME eventually it will die regardless of what anyone does as. No company is future safe!

Secondly, if you're having trouble with your controller please visit Xbox support and if need be request a repair.

And lastly, the grass isn't greener on the other side. Trust me, I know.
