You Do Not Meet the Requirements to make a MyPlayer Account

Hello i have a Xbox 1 and i just bought NBA 2K21 and i go to make a MyPlayer Account and it keeps saying how i dont meet the requirements. How do i fix this?

do you meet the required age, cant remember off the top of my head what min age is but has to be above 18 i think

Hi!

It may happen if the account is not adult.
Check that the birth date is correct or add the account to a console
family group.

I have an adult account on Xbox and NBA2K20. I get a message telling me either I do not meet the requirements for a MYPLAYER Account or the account has not been created. If I search support about how to create a MYPLAYER Account all I get are articles
about verifying a MYPLAYER Account. Support sends me troubleshooting advice about permissions and content restrictions but ignore that I have stated that I see no instructions telling me how to create a MYPLAYER Account. If they can't make it work I want my
money back.
