You do not meet the requirements for MyPlayer

Hello

My son has just received NBA2K18. We have purchased an xbox live gold subscription so that he can play. However we are receiving an error message saying You do not meet the requirements for MyPlayer.

Can someone please help?

I have had the game NBA2K14 on xbox360 since Christmas and it does not let me play online,MYTEAM,or edit MYPLAYER.

It says "you do not meet the requirements to have a MYPLAYER account and play online". Please help

Hi!

It may happen if the account is not adult.
Check that the birth date is correct or add the account to a console
family group.

do you meet the required age, cant remember off the top of my head what min age is but has to be above 18 i think
