    Why do I not meet the requirements for a MyPlayer account? I want to play online and can until I create an account but it wont let me. I deleted the game from my hard drive and tried to reload it and that didn't work. I am trying to play it under my gamer

    I have had the game NBA2K14 on xbox360 since Christmas and it does not let me play online,MYTEAM,or edit MYPLAYER.

    It says "you do not meet the requirements to have a MYPLAYER account and play online". Please help

    You do not meet the requirements for MyPlayer

    Hi!

    It may happen if the account is not adult.
    Check     that the birth date is correct or add the account to a console
    family group.
