    Can anyone help solve this issue? I just got my son an xbox one. I signed up for xbox live gold. Every time we try to start the game (Fortnite) it wants me to subscribe to xbox live gold (which I now have 3 consecutive subscriptions). When I go to my account
    settings it says i have an xbox live gold subscription good until may now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my profile. I have reset the xbox. I have every setting as allowing everything. I about to cancel the subscription, put the xbox on ebay and get a
    ps4.

    Hi there,

    this is likely caused by the current Xbox Live service issue shown here: Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

    The best option is to contact Xbox Support (by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) and they should be able to help out and hopefully fix the issue.

    If needed they can even 'correct' the subscription so you only have one month.

    It's just bad luck that you are struck by the service issue.
