You didn't convert my 50,000 Rewards credits into my local currency on December 15, 2016!!!

2016/11/27 - Purchased Xbox One S promising 50,000 Credits

2016/12/06 - Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - 50,000 Credits deposited

2016/12/15 - 50,000 Credits were supposed to be deposited into my local currency into my Microsoft account, but they weren't.

HELP! Please deposit my money.

Where my local currency from Xbox Live Rewards, since Oct/2017????

I have 17.049 credits since Oct/2017, but I didn't receive my local currency. Where are my rewards????? We are on December/08/2017!!!!!

 

I have no idea what my Reward points mean and how I redeem them?

We see that your 50,000 Credits were placed as pending on December 6th and deposited on December 28th. We automatically deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. From our FAQ:

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the funds you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account. Then, you can head
over to the Xbox Store to purchase your favorite games, TV shows, movies, and much more!

You can review this deposit of currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). It will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding funds to your Microsoft Account.

 

The credits are scheduled to deposit on the 29th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000
between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
