    We can confirm that you completed this offer, but a delay in processing caused us to not receive your purchases on the 28th in time for boost calculations. We have corrected this error, and you should now see your second star! Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Earn an extra star in February

    I received the offer to increase my VIP star level from 1 to 2 if I made $75 worth of purchases in February. I believe that I met that requirement, but I do not see the extra star on my dashboard. I see other people had this problem and a processing delay
    was mentioned as the cause. I just want to confirm that I qualified and that I should receive my extra star soon. Thanks!

    Since you were beneath the 100 USD spending requirement for this offer, you did not complete it, and therefore did not earn an extra star.

    Do i keep my Rebate?

    It won't be exactly the same as the Xbox Rewards rebates. Since you're at 5 stars, you would earn an extra 100 points for every $1 you spend instead of just the 10 points per $1.
