    You closed the thread to the OneGuide issue in January and it still persists in Australia,...


    It's bloody frustrating getting no answers given I reported this issue in November and the rest of the world got fixed and then you guys sweep it under the carpet for Australia. My case reference for this CONTINUING ISSUE is #1488507740. Worst service
    in the world!

    Here in the Forum, we have no access to tickets or case reference, can you link us the previous (closed) thread? can you explain better your scenario?

    When you speak about a "issue for Australia" you mean that all other people from Australia (that you know) have the same issue?
