    Perhaps I am explaining this the wrong way. I want a yes or no answers to my 3 questions. I don't want details. I want a very straight forward answer to my questions, Yes or no (in order of course).

    The thread in question was about the sale that had ended on Xbox one but was still showing up on it. When I contacted support they promised a link to " customer retention specials" and a copy of the chat we had which I never got and recommended I post here
    as well . I got a response of basically the sale ended and we can do nothing , thanks for understanding and only a yes this answered my question as a possible response from me. This has been terrible support and I have not even been able to play because it
    upsets me every time I turn on the Xbox one. The total lack of support and then to be lied to by the chat person on top of it along with no way to even contact a supervisor over it all has for the most part driven me away. I have so much money in the system
    and games at this point that I am at a total loss. I would like to just throw it out and go buy a ps4 but I am not rich and can't just toss away $1000 . If any store had a sign up for a sale they would have to honor the price until it was taken down ,but for
    you guys I guess that does not apply.
