    Hi, I recorded a game clip on my PC today and when I try to upload it, it just says

    "You can't share game clips. There may be a problem with the service, or it could be your privacy settings or past behavior. Check your privacy settings at Xbox.com."

    No error code, nothing. I don't have this issue on Xbox, I can record and upload and share within 5 minutes. I've looked at my privacy settings, and there's nothing there that should be preventing this. I talked to 2 customer service reps, one of which told
    me to reset my router (to no avail) and the other just sent me a link to talk to the first person. I clicked it, and got placed back in the queue and I was disconnected from my customer service rep. No help whatsoever. Anyone know what this could be? I get
    this error code on Xbox sometimes: 0x87c40156 not sure if that has anything to do with it.

    1. Have you tried sharing game clips on other games and check if the same thing occurs?

    2. Are you using an adult Xbox account?

    3. Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?

    The "your behavior" thing is demeaning like they are asuming a parental role and I wonder if it is a poor articificial intelligece who determines this instead of actual people, which may or may not be any better. Frustrating at times

    "I cant upload my clips on Windows 10" then you say "There's a problem with your recording" Im really sick and annoyed of this bs. My privacy settings say I can upload game clips and I know for a fact Im not banned but it still doesnt let me upload them.

    This doesn't make any sense. Why would I need help with recording, when it is a share game clip issue? Why did you respond with something I clearly do not need. The clip already has been recorded, and trimmed. For the record, without any help from support,
    I was able to find the solution to my problem.
